Our Chop Blocks have always been our most popular products.  Made from fine grained clear Douglas Fir, with the end grain oriented to the cutting surface, these cutting boards are durable, easy on your knives, and unlike other woods typically used in cutting boards, the end grain of douglas Fir is highly graphic, and just as tough.  We put two coats of hand applied pure Tung Oil finish and hand sand each one.  The Chop Blocks are extra thick and store vertically if desired.    Small boards are great for daily vegetable chopping, larger boards better for big jobs or bread.
